3D Printing Now Available at the Library!

We’re excited to announce that the library now has a Bambu A1 Mini 3D printer, made possible through the generous donation of Ryan Striker! This new resource gives community members an opportunity to explore 3D printing, create useful objects, and bring their ideas to life.

The 3D printer is available during regular library open hours and is currently limited to basic, single-color PLA printing. There is no charge to use the printer, although donations toward the cost of filament are always appreciated.

Before You Print

To help ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone:

  • Users must be 18 or older, or be accompanied by an adult who remains with them throughout the printing process.
  • A waiver must be signed before using the printer. 
  • Library staff can help users get started, but staff are not 3D printing experts and cannot provide assistance with design or advanced printer operation.
  • Print jobs must be completed during open hours. No overnight printing is permitted.
  • All print jobs must be less than seven (7) hours long.
  • Unlawful, prohibited, unsafe, or weapon-related prints are not allowed.
  • Library staff reserve the right to stop a print if it appears likely to fail or if it violates library rules.
