Here's the latest information about the library's re-opening plans. 
Effective February 8, we are in Phase 3. 

With the county’s virus statistics continuing to show improvement, the library is returning to Phase 3. Curbside service is still available and encouraged, but the building is also open for in-person browsing and computer usage. Visitors will be required to wear a mask over their nose and mouth and to practice social distancing while inside.  Occupancy limits are in place, and guests are asked to limit their visit to no more than one hour per day.

REOPENING PLAN

The library's plan for reopening in accordance with government directives and the board policy. This document is subject to change at the discretion of the director.

Currently open for limited in-person visits. Also offering curbside services.

  • In-person visitors are required to wear a mask over the nose and mouth, and to practice social distancing. 
  • Current hours are M-W-F from 10-4, Tu-Th from 12-7, and Saturday from 10-1. 
  • Curbside service will also be offered during current open hours.
  • Wireless printing can be handled through curbside.
  • All returns must be placed in the book drops near the front doors.  Please do not return items to curbside pickup area.
  • For curbside service, please pull into the marked space near the wind chimes and call the number on the sign. We will bring your items out and place them on the table for you.
  • See below for helpful tips on ordering books for pickup.
  • Books are quarantined for 4 days before being checked in, but all items are currently fine-free.
  • To minimize handling, we are not currently stamping due dates in items at checkout. The due date is printed on the receipt, and you can also check due dates by logging into your account.
