New Digital Magazine Service Announced
Great magazines, with no checkout limits!

White Lake Community Library, in partnership with Recorded Books (Prince Frederick, MD), is pleased to announce the availability of the digital magazine service Zinio for Libraries.

Zinio features full-color, digital editions for instant desktop reading, mobile streaming, and mobile-app download. Patrons are able to select both new and back issues, adding them to personal reading libraries with no holds, no checkout periods, and no limits to the number of magazines checked out and downloaded. And with personal notifications for their favorite magazines, patrons never miss an issue!

Newsweek, Better Homes and Gardens, Family Fun, and Discover are just a few of the popular titles available.  The service also includes children’s magazines such as Highlights and American Girl.

“We are pleased to offer this convenient new service for our patrons,” said library director Shelley Williams.  “Already people are telling us how easy it is to use, and how much they appreciate being able to keep the magazines as long as they like.”

Please see a library staff member for more information on how to access this service, or click the Zinio link at the bottom of the home page.
