  • Track the time you spend exercising each day - walking, biking, kayaking, hula hooping, etc.  -  either on this printable form or using the handy ReadSquared online app.

  •  You’ll earn one grand prize drawing entry for every 50 minutes of activity, and a free t-shirt when you reach 300 minutes.
